Court Preparation

NKCAC staffassist the child and non-offending caregivers to ensure they are adequately prepared for the legal and court processes following a disclosure of abuse. NKCAC provides this service directly to children and families and works closely with prosecution-based victim advocates to ensure the needs of child victims and families are considered throughout the prosecution process.
